New cameras + quotes

I've wanted to buy a new camear since quite a long time ago. And right now I am hesitating between a Bridge ( probably a Nikon P100 or a Lumix FZ 28 /38 ) and a Reflex Canon Eos 350D .
If any of you could help me choosing a camera between those two i'd be very happy !
I want to use it to make photos in perspective, mostly outside and i mostly photograph people and faces . I want a great zoom and angle, and of course i want to be able to use it even when it's raining a bit. I mean , I don't want it to make sh*t pics just because some drops are falling from the sky .
An advice, anyone ?

Hey, Doglover !

To all dog lovers ( like me ) , here is my new TV-show  : Dogs 101 ( Animal Planet ). These videos are very gode-made, and are interesting and instructive and presents well the breed that they are about. I first thought there would be only the ''typical breeds'' like Golden Retriever, German Shepherd, French Bulldog, Schnauzer, etc. But i was surprised when I saw there also were videos about some of the most rare breeds like Canaan Dog ( My dream dog ) , Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Anatolian Shepherd, Black Russian Terrier and other original breeds.

I hardly recommend this film ! I saw it yesterday evening and I must say, It was better than I thought, though a bit brutal towards the end of the film . Sweden

We arrived in Sweden yesterday evening. Fells so good to be here, finally ! Now it really feels like summer.
I've taken some pics but i can't post anything right now.
The horizon is pink, it's beautiful. And you know the best part ? It's never dark ! Even at 4 o'clock in the morning, there's light outside like it was the afternoon !
